Announcing Merv Hughes as Patron

Australian cricket fast bowling legend, Merv Hughes, has become the latest Patron of Sporting Chance.

Merv, who represented Australia in 53 Test Matches, has been a long time supporter of Sporting Chance. A regular at our Celebrity Golf days in both Sydney and Melbourne.

It was fitting that Merv was inducted at our recent Randwick Race Day by his former captain and Chairman of Sporting Chance, Mark Taylor AO.

Merv joins Bob Skilton as our Victorian Patrons flying the flag for our outreach nurse at Royal Melbourne Children’s Hospital.
